If you have fine limp hair, the best hair cutter I've found is Rick (which is also the owner). I have been using him for many years and everyone I've referred to him has remained a loyal customer.

I got the worst color and cut by a Hair dresser name Phyllis and I do not mind to pay but worst of all is all the nasty gossip about all the city people and all I have to say to the owners look in the mirror...
