When I called to inquire about a textbook, the man on the phone was rude and in a hurry to get me off the phone. He cut me off in the middle of a question and informed me that he "didn't look up textbooks but thanks for trying" and the hung up on me. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!
