Top Salsa

I moved here from New Mexico where Mexican food is more common than hamburgers. Salsa is definitely the make-or-break difference for a restaurant like this. Alvarez has the BEST salsa around. It is very fresh, with just the right amount of "heat." I'm addicted. Prices are reasonable, with the only exception being, ironically, the salsa-to-go, which is highly priced. It's worth it if you LOVE your salsa.

Food made me sick.

I had a pork lunch there and it did not taste to good. I usually love Mexican food. I have been sick in bed for 3 days now. This has never happened to me before, ever.
