Worst experience ever!!

I started going to Dr. Kang to treat my HPV Her receptionist called to remind me of an appointment and I was at work so I did not answer the phone. She called me the next morning while I was sleeping. Both times I did not answer, but I woke up on time, ready for my appointment and surprived that she had called me twice, I called them to let them know I was on my way. The receptionist at her office gave me the biggest attitude on the phone because I did not answer her calls! I then listened to her voice messages. They were snotty and rude and incinuated I was blowing them off, when I had no intention at all to do so. I woke up and was heading to my appt on time, there was no reason for this behavior of her. I called back upset and asked if she had some sort of problem to leave these ignorant messages on my phone, and she said she had an attitude because I did not answer the phone (sounding mad that I would question her greatness!). I spoke with the doctor to see how she felt about the attitude of her staff, and her answer was "don't go to her doctor office if I don't like her receptionist" SO I am not going to trust an office who belittle's people in this way and I hope you will not either!! I know that some time these doctor offices can treat people like they are so much better than them, but there are doctors out there who really care about their patients, so please make the wise choice and choose one of them instead of doctor kang!!
