Awful, an understatement

Salon prices with Supercuts results, or worse. I'd call the woman I had the Leatherface of stylists, the job looked like Nightmare on Antioch Street. Unbelievably bad. Enter at own risk.

Best to Avoid

Poor performance. The staff is impolite. They simply don't LISTEN to what you want. My hair, normally in excellent condition, looked horrid after my visit. People that were happy must have really bad hair, so that shampoo is a vast improvement. Go to a master cutter who can not only work miracles, but who can ACTUALLY make a good cut.

Whatever you do, do NOT go here

This place is one of the worst salons I've ever been to. My hair, normally in excellent condition, was totally ruined. Protect yourself and your hair- go elsewhere.

I don't like Salon Capello

This salon is mediocre at best. My hair, normally in excellent condition, never looked as bad after this place. I don't feel a need to insult the other reviewers who've had good or bad experiences. Some salons, like this one, just aren't very good.

You have to go with NORMA

Norma is a great stylist who listens. She LISTENS to what you want, doesn't over cut, well worth the price. I drive 30 miles just to see her. And my cut lasts - Its been 4 months and the cut grew out very well (I had a short bob WITH bangs). Now that's unheard of. People who were not happy must have really terrible coarse hair to begin with. Stylists help you look better, not perform miracles.

Don't recommend

The stylist did a terrible job on my hair. The cut was awful and will take years to grow out. The color was poor and way too dark. I do not recommend.

Not recommended

I understand the first reviewer perfectly. The stylist who cut my hair took nearly an hour. She totally ignored my requests, as if listening to someone else's instructions. To make matters worse, she knew the cut was bad and tried to conceal it with hair pins. I can't recommend this establishment to anyone.

I don't recommend

I thought that a neighborhood salon was the way to go. I wanted a simple trim and color. The results were disastrous! It will take a long time to correct the bad cut, and the color looks totally unnatural....

Brenda Rocks

Don't know what that first reviewer was thinking - but Brenda has been doing my hair and my kids hair for years and does first-class work, and she's a great laugh as well! Highly recommended if you can get an appointment with her!

Terrible

I can't recommend this salon. The stylist who cut my hair was not attentive. She utterly ignored my requests. In the end, my hair was totally uneven, and my regular stylist said the cut "didn't make sense." It...

The Worst Stylist

Brenda Rooney is the worst stylist I have ever been to. She damaged my hair so badly that three years later, I still need corrective work. I do not recommend under any circumstances.
