BLUE CROSS PET HOSPITAL BLINDED MY PET!!!

I took my pet snake to this "esteemed" vet for exotic pets for a quick, simple procedure of removing shedding from the eye, it is very easy but, the vet messed it up so bad my poor pet lost her eye and vision....
