Disappointed

The first room we rented was in disrepair, run down and unacceptable. So was the second room they moved us to. The third room was fine, but during the cold night found out the light in the toilet room did not work or did the heaters in the bedroom or living room. Told them the next morning and it was not fixed, asked them again that night but then they said they couldn't fix it. Their only answer was to offer to move us to a fourth room. One would think at $500.00 per night one could get a decent room. We spent almost $1800.00 to stay 3 nights, with no heat. We will never stay at this hotel again.
