Not happy

The gentleman who cut my hair here was in a hurry and taking care of 4 customers at once. I didn't feel like I was a priority at all. Just shuffled us around like musical chairs, really. The cut was not good, either. I went to another salon a day later to correct the back of my hair. I just have a bob haircut...it isn't that difficult but with his attention not on me, he somehow managed to mess it up. Won't be going back, unfortunately. Even though the front desk staff there is very nice and accomadating, the stylists are over-booked and lackluster.

Not what it's cracked up to be

I recently visited this salon and had color and cut/style by the owner. He charges a HIGH price but I figured he was worth it. He is overworked, books too many clients at once, and is pre-occupied to givey ou the kind of attention and satisfaction you want from a hair stylist. He was literally running from one client to another. Many times playing musical chairs with us. The color was okay, nothing fabulous, nothing horrid. But the cut was BAD. I had to go to another stylist to correct the back of the cut. A bob cut shouldnt be THAT difficult. But it is when you're juggling 4 clients at once. Will never go back. I tried!

Lackluster experience

Despite the rave reviews from my friends, I was not blown away by my experience at Mitchell Wade. The cut and color were good, but not the best I've ever had, and the price was way more than I had expected.

Great salon

Fun salon, lots of chatting and laughing. They do really good work, and they have an awesome rewards program for loyal customers. If you want the best cut and color in Oviedo, ask for Kelly or Frances.
