Great Doctor & Staff

I have liked Doctors and not the staff and visa versa. This office for the last 3 years has been helpful kind and caring. The doctors, like Dr. Rocker, have been good but I must say the staff has helped us by taking ownership of issues and cared about the service they provide when we are both dealing with insurance claims, etc. The friendly helpful staff is a big plus for this office over any doctor I have used in the last 30 plus years.

The Best

I have found Dr. Rocker to be the best family doctor that I have ever had. He does take time to listen to my problems and suggests ways to help myself overcome problems without always using prescription drugs. He has diagnosed several difficult to identify problems for me. He has been my doctor for over 15 years and I have full faith in him.

Failed to properly diagnose

I presented with many symptoms including depression, anxiety, memory loss, poor immune system, difficult menstrual cycles, allergies, fatigue, and much more. Dr. Rocker failed to realize I suffer from hypothroidism. He failed to see me as a person, didn't take the time to look at how all these things could be related and missed the boat. To add insult to injury, he punished me for missing three appointments without calling first even though he charged me, even though I had been a patient for 7 years, and even though I pleaded with him not to dump me as I had just lost both of my parents within a year! He's about the money. Don't believe me? I can prove it.
