Par Exsalonce used to be a fantastic salon/spa. However, if you go there now, you will hear stylists complaining incessantly about the "drama" in the place and you will get an overcharged/unimpressive haircut. My stylist recently left, and because of the location, I decided to give Par a second chance. Well, was I horrifically surprised. The new stylist was texting and receiving texts during my hair cut. Talk about UNPROFESSIONAL. I also scheduled a brow wax prior to my haircut. Imagine my surprise when my STYLIST did my brow wax in the SINK with me laying back with my wet hair. And it took 2 minutes. And it cost 20.00. Add that to my 50. haircut, and I left completely underwhelmed. DON'T GO TO PAR EXSALONCE. It's a rip off and a fraud. I've tried to call management to express my concerns and 4 days later I haven't even received a call back.
