Achtung! Beware of Burnett Automotive

I patronize local businesses to help them compete. I have used Burnett several times. I sent my 19 year old daughter to get her lower oil pan replaced. They charged us $20 to tell us what we told them, $30 for "shop fees", although the manager admitted she used no supplies, because they charge everyone" Finally, they charged her for 1.5 hours for labor although manager Don? did not disagree that it should take no longer than 45 minutes, and defended it by saying that was what "the books says". I'm sure Burnett is not unique, but certainly takes advantage of young customers. They overcharge because they can. Burnett is supremely unethical!!!!
