Disappointed

My daughter planned this surprise for my birthday and we were both disappointed. We were promised many things and felt duped by the owner. Her prices are unclear and she did not give my daughter the requested receipt until it was too late to question the cost. I have been on many other sites for dude ranches and the costs are lower, especially when children are involved. It was disorganized and requests were turned down without reasons. My daughter was given two problem horses, which made for poor rides and the owner did nto seem to care. We were promised unlimited riding, but that was not the case. On the last day we were rushed out to a trail ride and then cut short because the owner had booked some other people who needed our horses. She had plenty of other horses to draw from,but was done with us apparently. I would not reccomend this place. There are better deals out there.
