I've been a happy AT&T cell phone customer for more than 10 years. Moved to Oro Valley from PA and had horrible reception. When I called they explained that it was moderate coverage. Moderate? Try Non-existent! IN attempting to troubleshoot the matter, I was extremely disappointed with the poor customer service, lack of responsiveness and lack of urgency. I will never use them again.
