No good service here

The sales team was great, but after that... pathetic. The customer serivce dept is awful, and it carries over into the service dept as well. Seems like no one really knows what they are doing or how to get it...

buyer

i went to try a rav4, after 6 hrs seller convince me to buy a use vehicle, they wer rude and no consistency on prices, did not even discuss with me prices of extended warranty,bbpaperwork guy was rude, and did not even give me a walk around before tanking it home then after i left tank was empty........fell betrayed and overprice.....can seem to enjoy car due to being so badly attended to......wish i had gone elsewhere.......

Pre-Sale check list

Had the vehicle 5 days, a warning light comes on so I take it there and they refused to take it in to look at it, heated talks with various sales people and still they refused, took it to a Dodge dealer who did the repair and further stated that all the things they said they had done on the pre-sale check list, had not been done, took them almost 2 months to finaly pay for the work done that they refused to do, dreadful experience, just want your money, if it's not a Toyota, stay away !!
