Very Rude and Unprofessional

I went online to search for the owner or corporate information for Southern Management, when I was refused the inforation by the receptionist. I called to try and resolve an issue that was on my report, and was tild that someone would return my call. I got a call from Rebert Weavers who was so rude and unprofessional. He would not try to help at all and then he started yelling at me, I asked him what his problem was. he hung up on me, so i called back, the receptionist transferred me back to him, and I told him I refused to speak to him, because he was rude. He told me that he was the one I am going to talk to, and that no one else is there to talk to. I hung up because I refused to believe that, I called back to the receptionist to see is she could give me the number to the owner or Roberts boss, she said there was no number. They are all so rude and unprofessional there. They do not want to help people, they want to be bullies. I was surprised when I did this search to find that there are other people like me who are frustrated with this company.
