Great Doctor Ridiculous Wait

I agree with the other reviewers. I have seen Dr. Martiniz-Cruz and she is WONDERFUL, once you actually get to see her. After waiting in the waiting room for two hours with my newborn we had to wait another hour in the freezing cold exam room. I went through three diapers, two outfits, and fed fed her twice by the time we left. Don't have any plans on the an appointment day if you go here, and bring a blanket, food, and diapers for your baby!

Horrible Staff

I 1st went to this office because my GYN who is wonderful referred me. From day one I really got a bad vibe. I had to wait with a newborn in a freazing room for over 45min. Everytime I went in was worse, but the Dr. was nice I have seen Dr. Martinez and Dr. Silva. and the office would never let me speak to the Dr. the Administrator told me "Would you talk to a present at Public's if you didn't like the prices" I had a past bill because of a missunderstanding with my insurance and they refused to work with me claiming that such a small amount did not require a payment aragement and they can just sent it to collections if I won't pay the bill in full. I had found a new insurance that was retroactive so they could bill them. I was told that's not our policy and I needed to pay myself. The administrator acted as thought I was a low life because I did not have the full amount and I offered to make payments and was told to find a new Dr.

Great doctors/sucky wait time

I have to agree the wait is just plain ridiculous, even if you have an appt. it seems to be overlooked. But the quality of the doctors' care is excellent, and in the nine years we have had our children there, I feel like the doctors, especially Dr. Silva, are part of our family. More than once I have thought of changing pediatricians, but you just can't find the same quality of doctors or care anywhere else. They do need to run a tighter ship with their staff though.

I agree the wait time is horrendous. You don't see the doctor, you see the nurse pratictioner. (who knows her stuff) I think they Pretty good, they explained everything to me. I am satify with it. I DO HATE THE WAIT TIME.

Good Doctor, BAD staff

Since day one from going to hell office, we have not had a pleasant time there at all. It doesn't matter if you have an appt, you sitll have to wait 4 hours to be taken care of. Dr. Martinez was nice, she really knew her stuff, but her staff, "SUCKS". they rather finish their PERSONAL conversation with each other before they take care of you. we had an appt at 1pm, we left the office at 6pm. thats ridiculous. 2nd appt was at 10am, left the office at 3pm, i lost 2 days of work b/c of that. the 3rd appt was that last draw for me and my wife. i was so upset that day, the way we were treated, the way they took care of people there. i finally snapped and went off on the staff and the doctor. never went back there again and never will. rather die before going back there again. i think you get taken care faster at the emergency room than this place.
