Unhappy client

There is a saying, You get what you pay for. In Rose Marsh's case this is untrue. I have paid her over $30,000 and wasted apx 15 months and have nothing to show for it. Let me repeat myself, I have NOTHING to show for my the $30,000 I paid her. She doesn't listen when her clients talk, she doesn't return phone call or messages and creates more problems then she resolves. The only thing she has done is empty my bank account and put me in a place where I can't afford to pay my bills. I have lost my house, cars and business because of the poor representation I had. She did happen to get me child support, but below the minimal required by law. If I could go back and do this again, I would have picked a different attorney to represent me. She is not worth a cent I spent on hiring her. Take my advice and don't hire her because she will take your money without dissolving your marriage.

Miss use of power

I am not happy with the representation I recieved from Ms Marsh. She has filed a lien against my alimony for payment of a bill that she knows I can't pay until I get the alimony! ? I believe she did this because I was not happy with the way she handled my case. She sent the lien to my ex husband's attorney before she sent it to me. Catherine
