Don't Fall For It

I lived at Enclave for two years and hated it almost the entire time. It was so close to work that I stayed, but finally I couldnt take it anymore. There is no insulation. It was sweltering in the summer and freezing in the winter. The HVAC didn't work, but my bills were still outrageous. When I moved in there were scuffs all over the woodwork and a HOLE IN THE DOOR OF THE BATHROOM, which was supposed to be fixed and never was. I got sick of nagging so I lived with it. The dishwasher barely worked and every laundrey load had to be dried at least twice in order to be dry. Our entire apartment building got broken into and almost every unit burgled because the cheep doors on the building provide no security. All of our cars were also spray painted on a seperate occasion. When I moved out, they wanted to charge me for the hole in the bathroom door and the scuffs!! Luckily, I still had a copy of the move in inspection noting these things so I was able to clear my name! There would be the same pieces of trash and even whole dead animal bodies left outside my building for days and then when we gave negative remakrs on the surveys the staff would write every resident condescending messages asking what they could possibly do better. For what you pay here you deserve a lot better than what you get.

Great prices Great location Great people. Every maintaince is done within 24 hour limit. They do arrange small get-to-gathers every now and then in club house, great way to meet neighbours. Staff is extra nice...
