Negative experience all around

The place is not decorated or maintained in any fashion and did not seem clean to me. The service was so extrememly poor that I was actually exasperated. We were ignored, then yelled over at that she was going to go smoke then she'd be back in to help us. When my daughter got into the chair we asked her to razor edge frame her face. The "stylist" passionately insisted that we did not want that and that it couldn't be done anyway. I've seen it done for years. She actually argued with me then, when I was upset she said, "well if that's what you want I'll try it." To that I said no, if she didn't know what she was doing and didn't want to...she wasn't going to tear up my daughter's hair. We left with what was not a very bad cut, but was certainly not the service expected, the cut we asked for, or the feeling one should have when they leave a salon. This was my worst salon experience...even worse than getting my long hair chopped into a shag by someone who didn't really understand english.
