NO customer service - $ hungry STAY AWAY!

Is there a selection for "0 stars"? The office staff here are rude. Tanisha kept giving me incomplete information as to what was required to obtain an appointment. This person is personnaly responsible for the loss of me and my family as a patient. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! You cannot make an appointment without giving all vital information and having an insurance card in your hand. I was forced to call 3 times to get an appointment as the rude staff person Staff also called my home with a "reminder" that was really a thinly disguised threat that I would be charged for the appointment in the event I cancelled. What a strongarm system. What a racket! I called the morning of the appointment and cancelled as I did not want to reward this type of behavior or pay them a dime. These folks treat you like a second class citizen and then expect to be paid for it! STAY AWAY!
