JOE IS THE BEST TRAINER I HAVE EVER HAD. HE IS PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE AND HAS GOTTEN ME RESULTS FAST. HE LOVES WHAT HE DOES AND IT SHOWS IN HIS WORK. THE STUDIO IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN TOO.
