I found out very quickly and expensively that everyone at Hair Sparkle can do great hair EXCEPT FOR SPARKLE. I wasted a considerable amount of money for low quality work, and she is a so called- SPECIALIST. UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE... DON'T DO IT
