Incredible service and talent!!

Nancy Koss is by far the best Salon in the area. Actually in the city! It is apparent that some of her competitors are creating false reviews as you can see above. I know 10-20 friends of mine who can certainly afford to pay more and many who work in the city choose to go to this Salon. The quality of their staff is impecible. Nancy herself is an incredibly talented, dedicated and modest woman who will go out of her way to care and attend to her clients. She has made house calls to dear friends of mine who were sick and could not go out. The Salon is oftentimes extremely busy. However I assume that is because they are doing something to account for the waits for appointments I have had to bear. Bottom line it is worth the wait.

Terrible Pedicure

I have never been to Nancy Koss before and never again will I return. I made a pedicure appointment because the salon I normally go to is too far away and I didn't have time to go. So I decided to test out Nancy Koss Salon--They have ONE chair for pedicures and it is in a small, confined hole in the wall. The chair is upright, non-massaging and uncomforable. The pedicurist was the only one on duty and got to me 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment because she was still painting a previous customer's nails. When we finally got started, the receptionist kept coming over to talk to the woman who was giving me my pedicure. She was discussing her schedule for next week--very unprofessional. As the pedicurist was scuffing my feet, she was actually hurting me. I said "OW" and she told me that she would be done soon, so put up with it. I couldn't believe she said that to me!!! Then she kept re-painting my toes because she would touch the nail polish while it was still wet and mess it up. I was there for over an hour and was ready to get out of there. I was there to have a very relaxing time and get pampered and I did not feel any of that. I paid and left. Jo, the pedicurist DID NOT receive a tip. I couldn't believe I paid $45 for that pedicure--NEVER AGAIN!

have some common sense

My father received a massage at Nancy Koss Salon. It was WAY to rough, the therapist did not listen to him when he told her to ease up with the intensity, and when it was over, they rudely told him to leave asap, without being able to rinse the oil off of his body. Thus, he had to get dressed, still soaked with massage oil and drive home. Simply rude. I tell everyone I know to NEVER go there for any service.
