Recently I attended a homeowners association program put on by the city of Novi. Mr.Capello came to the meeting on his own time as he was not a featured speaker. Mr Capello shared some interesting information with the group about current economic conditions that can have an impact on homeowner associations such as collecting dues,condo foreclosures and enforcement of condo by-laws. Mr. Capello spent almost a 1/2 hour answering questions from the audience without any mention of trying to drum up business for himself or seeking votes for an upcoming election. Mr. Capello gets my vote for his caring about his community and his fellow homeowners.
