Very rude staff! Don't use a credit card!

I was charged twice on my credit card for the same meal. When I brought in a bank statement to get refunded for the extra amount, the manager INSISTED on keeping my bank statement (how is that EVER okay?!?!)...

Incompetent Management

Recently, my wife and I ate at the Northglenn Armadillo. When we paid our tab, our server gave us two credit card receipts. One was for our meal and the other one was for a different table, but charged to our card. When we pointed this out to our server, he apologized and said he would take the charge off our card. He returned to our table to tell us that a manager was needed to do this type of transaction and there was not a manager on duty. He assured us that he would have the manager take care of it a soon as he came in. It is now 2 weeks, three phone calls and a personal visit with manager named Sean and the problem has not been resolved. We asked him why several of our phone calls were not returned and he said that his duties as a manager required him to be on the floor of the restaurant and he didn't have time to return calls. We asked him what was so difficult about taking the charge off our card and he suggested that we were trying to scam a meal. I have not been able to find corporate office to which I could file my complaint.

worst service and manager

This was the first time to an Armadillo and for sure the last!!! It took 15minutes for server to get to the table and then all the food was wrong we never got our bar drinks the manager Roy was more interested in watching "BOYS" than our problem, He gave us a discount but never came back to talk to us!!! Bad guest relations and poor mgmt. Good luck !!!!!!!!

Horrible management

We have been going to the Armadillo since my fiancee was 2 years old (he is 26 now)We go about 5-6 times a month. On Saturday April 5th my fiancee found a large piece of plastic in his burrito. The server was wonderful about it and went to get the manager. When the manager came over all he had was excuses. He said it was from the green chili bag....I dont care what it came from....we dont want it in our food. He proceeded to take 2 dollars off the bill. 2 DOLLARS!!!!!! My fiance didnt even get to finifh eating his food! We have both worked in a resturant all our lives and were completely repulsed by this manager....Someone needs to retrain their team on being more personable. Iknow if he went out and found something in his food, he would have expected more than 2 dollars off his bill. My suggestion..dont eat there.

Best of the three

This Armadillo is definately the best of the three resturants they have. I used to live around the corner from the one in Littleton. Now I live by the one in Northglenn. This one is SO much better. The food...

One of our favorite Mexican restaurants. Good staff, never a very long wait, fast service, and the food is so yummy. Ample parking, too, and the drinks are great!
