Bad managment!

The manager is a mean person (women who stands hovering the bar so no one will sit there). Food is way too expensive. Owner is never there. Margaritas are "watered down" The waiters are nice. Food is not very well, no taste. 13 or more for one plate of beans, tortillas and pre-made fatty meat.
