new groomer

Today I took my Briard in for grooming, I have two, they were last groomed about 5 weeks ago by Lexi. Today my dog was so frightened and traumatized she refused to go into the grooming shop despite two attempts. My dogs have been groomed every 6 weeks or so for the past 7 years, assorted groomners, never had a problem until now. I cancelled the appt. today and the one for tomorrow and will no longer use the grooming services at this store. Prior to this my dogs were groomed by Lauren for about 18 months at this store with no problem at all, they looked forward to it. Lexi is either cruel or rough or both with the dogs. Beware.
