Great food and location

THis is a great spot if your are down town and do not want mall food. We met up here before an Admiral s game. Prices are good too!

Lacking in good beer selection

I went to Kelly's because they said they had great beers---sorry, not true--a few taps and mostly, the yellow American variety.. So many other pubs around for good beers

Not too crowded

Hands down the best

I have lived in Norfolk since 1984 and by far Kelly's in Norfolk have the BEST burgers and fries. I also travel alot on business and had the opportunity to sample alot of burgers. Kelly's you ROCK!!
