POOR POOR POOR Customer Service!

I called the shop 3 times 2get directions to the shop. It was around 7:15 it took me almost a hour to get there from NSU's campus because of there directions.I got lost and it took me a while 2 get there. Then when I arrived the lady tells me that theres no way she can do my hair after she told me on the phone to come because they not pack and she can do it.When I had talkd to her the first time on the phone she said that she could do it but when i got there she said she didnt have time...I absolutely hate that Hair Cuttery!
