ATTITUDE

I have never experienced such attitude in this area. I may expect it in some "posh" salon in NYC but not NOROLFK.....From the minute i walked in the person at hte desk was rude, the haircut was so so and very exspensive, and the colorist was rushed, and overprocessed me.
