BEEN GOING FOR YEARS..ALWAYS A GREAT MEAL 1 PROBLEM..TONITE HAD CHICKEN PARM..COMES WITH A SALAD..WAITRESS ASKED ABOUT DRESSING..SAID BLUE CHEESE AND CRUMBLED..THEY ADDED $1.75 FOR BLUE CHEESE DRESSING AND ANOTHER $ FOR CRUMBLED/ $3.75 FOR A DRESSING..OUTRAGEOUS AND WAITRESS SHOULD WARN CUSTOMER,DISAPPOINTING!!

HOW "FORTUNA'S" COULD GET ANY NEGATIVE REVIEW IS BEYOND ME!! BEEN GOING THERE SINCE THE 1970'S AND FOOD IS EXCELLENT. PORTION SIZES ARE NOT SKIMPY. THE BEST VEAL PARM.IN WESTERN, N.Y. YOU CAN DRESS CASUAL,ATMOSPHERE IS VERY COZY,CONVERSATION CAN ACTUALLY BE HEARD.

We found the service to be Fantastic thanks to Suzanne our hostess for the evening. It is a real pleasure when you eat out to have such a "Bubblie" person serving you. The food was more than on would expect. Presentation was good, excellent wine selection & the food was "GREAT". Thank you Suzanne for making out evening very enjoyable. We will be back!!!!!
