No Knowledge or Customer Service

They sold me two Rainbow Sharks. After I got them home, the one was very aggressive towards the other. I then read online at over a dozen websites that you shouldnt have two Rainbows in the same tank. No one at Planet Pet bothered to tell us this. I took one back and explained this, and the manager rolled his eyes at me and told me he wasnt going to give me a refund or trade or anything, so I left the fish with him (in my tank it would have been killed by the other one) and will not shop there again. My intention was to buy a few more fish that day, but instead I left and will not be going back. Poor customer service, no knowledge of what they are selling, and no willingness to make things right.

Mac is a fraud

The Owner, Mac, is a fraud. He abuses the system, and sends in rebates to the companys that his coustemers should get.

everytime i've have gone, there has always been someone there to offer their help. also a good variety of products to choose from
