I love that they use and sell Aveda products. I am from Minnesota where Aveda is everywhere and so is customer service. I love this salon because I feel like they genuinely want to give you what you want and they have the skills to do it! My stylist Giovanna said they study all the latest techniques constantly. The most important thing to me though is that I feel relaxed and well taken care of. i'm not afraid to make changes and they even have even checked up on me afterwards to see how things are working with the color and cut that I received. This kinda service is hard to find in this big city!!!
