I found the Janet Rufins Parlor on Allure's top colorist list. I just had hairlights done which turned out garishly yellow against my natural dark brown from another salon. I was very hopeful that Janel herself would repair my hair. I explained to her that I just wanted the highlights toned down a bit...Well she basically gave me a rushed job. Threw some "almost black" toner on my hair, handed me to some guy to blow dry it straight..Very rushed job. Her personality was also very condescending. She came off snooty on top of it.
