Lowes sells the best reasonably priced paint on the market-- American Traditions. Try to get there on an off time though-- on the weekends the wait for the paint to be mixed can be quite long.

I prefer Home Depot over Lowes because the customer service is better at Home Depot and they help you better with do-it-yourself projects. Pricewise they are about the same. Lowe's often sends home 10% off...
