Great job

My car broke down on rt 91. So I had it towed to Kenny at Automotive Connection. The tow truck driver recommended them. I wAs towed in at 2:00 pm and was back on the road at 5;30 with a water pump. They were VERY nice to deal with and would highly recommend them to anybody!

I am the owner.

I have just been made aware of these poor reviews about me and my business. I do believe they are an attack from another auto repair facility in our area or an ex employee. My shop has an outstanding reputation with the DMV, AAA Motor Club,and the Chamber Of Commerce of both Newington and New Britain. In fact AAA has recently done a survey on there own of all my customers and we came out with a 98.5% approval rating. Too much money

I thought the place was nice and clean, however the owner really tried to hammer me with things I didn't need. I felt uncomfortable and went elsewhere.

Great place for women to take their vehicles

I've been bringing my car to Kenny's place on the New Britain Newington line for years now. Kenny doesn't guess at what's wrong with your vehicle. He always has a free loaner. The place is so clean you can eat off the floor. While I'm not thrilled when I have a car issue, I calm down when I talk to Kenny.
