We had a claim for hail damage that was denied by the company. That was even though numerous houses up & down our street are still being reroofed due to the same hail damage. Somehow because we had Farmers - we had a umbrella of protection from that storm!!!!!! I don't think so. With the company for 34 years, but aren't any longer. Our agent didn't take any personal interest in our concern. Wish we knew why!!!! We were paying enough in premiums for a long time. Think we deserved a better response.
