I truly do like Pinewoods apts. the manager (laura) is quite friendly and whenever i am in need of maintenance it is usually dealt with promptly. the price is very cheap ($740 for 1 bd and $895 for 2bd) you also get an assigned parking space, the area is great if you don't mind living with a lot of filipinos (they quite friendly and for the most part very quite). fwy 54 & 805 is around the corner and fwy 5 is just a min. drive recently a new tenant has moved in which is the only con in this whole review hence the 'but' in my title...she is a bit racist and loud and quite obnoxious so beware of her anyway, overall review is very good
