July 6 2008 torn up laundry mat/rude management

This was the day that was planned to get the laundry washed and dryed first thing in the morning..When the ladies arrived at this laundrymat to wash,many machine were being removed and other had continued problems..which had to happened to the washer(s) they were using...the detergent did not dispense properly..it appeared to have flushed out the detergent wash water...the so called "billy bolt on" did not really prove otherwise that there was a problem and got rude about talking about it...they also had to wait 45 minutes to get a refund..I went down there to see what was going on..and could tell that they were and did not care...JUST TO LET YOU KNOW...they don't mind money coming in..even when a repeat customer that uses the card token to wash...gets treated poorly..deserves to go out of business...also the connections exposed behind the units and around them were filthy..plumbing rotting out shelf supports..needs inspection from code enforcement..thanks and good luck...

clean and big

I like that theres alot of room and plenty of machines. i never have to wait for machines. also i dont need quarters, i just put how much money i need in a card
