The office staff is rude, did not inform me that the office takes cash only for copayment and then would not see me when I arrived and wanted to pay copay with a credit card. When I informed them that I would have to reschedule, no comment was made, no apology for lack of information at time of scheduling. I wont be back, and have made sure to share information with friends and family.
