The few times I've been in Packard have been positive ones. They've been knowledgeable and they actually didn't charge me for a tire "patch" when I had a flat. Good guys. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone that works there is nice and polite!!! I took my car in at 8 it was done at 1045. THEY called me to let me know my car was complete. The best part of all it was CHEAPER than what they thought it would...
