Special Needs Parents Beware!!!

I first approached Sabrina Tate looking for child care for my daughter. I was as honest as I could be about my child and her disablities. She assured me that she was able and willing to have my daughter in her "academy". This is when we started to become concerned because there was only one teacher there with 12 four year old children. However, at 4 o'clock I received a phone call saying that she couldn't return because she needs one on one supervision. Now this is where my problem begins, my daughter does attend a metro school and they don't seem to think that she needs one on one. As a matter of fact they think the opposite. When I began to talk to them about it I found out that my daughter was the only special needs child in the whole academy. They also left telling me that she couldn't return until the end of the work day, so it was hard to go to my job the next day. Sabrina Tate, the owner, was not the one to deliver this news, her office worker did that for her. It was not until I demanded to talk to Sabrina that she came back to her academy to speak with me. I also have a problem with the fact that all of this happened on her first day. I guess this academy doesn't believe in second chances or seeing if the child gets better. I was not happy with this academy and the way my daughter was treated. If you have a child you needs a little extra attention I would not take them to this childcare facility.
