poor customer service

I went in for a checkup, and since my wisdom teeth were impacted we scheduled that to be done a week or so later. They gave me NO instructions and when I went in, the surgeon wouldn't do it because I drank some orange juice that morning. I had to reschedule my work around and it was a mess. Also, I always had to wait at least 20 minutes when I was on time for my appointments. I will not be going back.
