Horrible experience

Last week when seeking trying to seek a urgent referral from Dr. Tostada, it took me 4 days. The Dr.communication was very unprofessional and relected a lack of "connection" with the real world.First I had to call no less than 8 occassions, I left explicict messages so that the Dr. did not need to phone me back but simply take care of the referral,she continued to call me - on one occasion at home when I specified my office. Dr. Tostado offered to give a preciption for pain medication but made no mention of the reason I called, a referral. I am certain that she saw the messages as the very applogetic staff, said they did not no what the problem was. Then to make matters worse she sends a prescripton in without calling me or anything, horrible communication. As we speak I am looking for physician who cares, Dr. Tostada obviously has the credentials but that alone does not make you a good physician.
