Best Chinese in Moraga

Being Chinese and after having lived in SF for many years, this is the best Chinese food in Moraga. Pretty authentic preparations, flavorful and with fresh ingredients. I have eaten at all the other Chinese establishments in town and have come to the conclusion that Chef Chao is far superior than the others.
