Not fans of their customers

I called the Village Tailor Shop to ask about hemming a dress. The man I spoke to had no interest in answering my questions, took an annoyed tone with me, and hung up on me twice after spending only a matter of seconds on the phone with me. I will definitely not ever give this shop my business, and I would like to suggest that their attitude may not please their other customers, either. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but the quality of their character is such that I have no interest in finding out more.

Great service, fast

I had a pair of dress pants hemmed there for $8. They had it ready the next day and the hem is perfect. I would highly recommend them. They are open Saturday afternoon as well, which is convenient.
