It's a bate and switch business

They told me on the phone that it cost $39 for a facial so I made an appointment. After my facial, the owner asked me if I want to buy a package. I said, "No." And she said that it would be $59 for a facial. I was shocked. She said that the $39 was the price if I bought a package. She didn't tell me that over the phone. If I had known, I wouldn't even go there. I should have known that they would be slimy. The place was small and dingy. The facial was not great compared to other places. DON'T GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.
