Substandard Work Nothing Actually Done

I had procedure that was supposed to change my life.You did not change anything everything is exactly the same.At each follow-up appointment the Dr kept saying "I want to make you happy". "I can do a re-surgery for you in my offices at no cost to you". "The earliest I can do a re-surgery would be 6 months". Since he said he could do a re-surgery in 6 months his office manager booked the week of Easter. In Follow-up pictures you could not see any difference, the only way you could tell the pictures from each other was with what I was wearing. I felt he was placating me and deceiving me. Feb.14th appointment Dr. said that he would refund me the cost of the procedure,that his attorney would be in touch.I did not hear from his attorney 6 weeks later. Playing telephone tag. Delay tactic which only inflames the situation.It is not only the cost of the procedure but other associated costs. Since I have little or no confidence in his re-doing the surgery properly. I am entitled to be reimbursed sufficiently,that there are no out of pocket money to redo the surgery with new surgeon.This causes me much tension, depression, emotional stress, and a feeling,I have been taken advantage of by deception/procrastination and lying, then saying that he doesn't want to do the resurgery and will refund me the cost and DOES NOT! I did not receive what I paid for. I should be fully refunded to do the re-surgery. I feel this doctor is unethical and unprofessional in his dealings with me.
