0.0 of 5 stars. ) Please do not use this computer guy, he wiped my computer clean and I lost all of my pictures, documents and itunes! I took my computer to have virus's removed, to speed up my computer and to have one of my cd drives replaced because it was not opening. I only know computer basics and asked this guy if he would be able to back up my material,files, pictures, ect...before working on my computer, he said no problem as long as I can access these files. When I took my computer to him I was able to get into all my files and there should have been no problem with backing these up.When I got my computer back home everything was gone, and now my other cd driver that WAS working fine is NOT working, my computer still seems to have some of the problems it had when I took it to him. When I called and informed him that my pics, docs and music were gone all he could say was "sorry, that's strange, i don't know why that happened." Please do not trust this guy with your valuable stuff!
