i have been a customer for years for a reason

The Doctor, Becky and the rest of the staff are superb. One aspect i appreciate is that the Doctor will take time to really talk to you about your pets situation, prognosis and options - i have never felt rushed - many times there is a wait to see the doctor, but i do not mind because i know another pet owner is getting their questions and concerns addressed and when it is my turn my animal and i will also be treated with the same patience and care -- larry

Great Vet and Staff

Dr Hinebaugh and his staff are extremely helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. Its very comfortable to talk to him or any of his staff and have them listen, understand and show the patience customers need in times of need and crisis. As a professional dog trainer of sporting dogs it is a great relief to be able to trust my vet has the knowledge of sporting dogs first hand. Thanks again Granada Vet Clinic for all your help. Carl

First class staff

Dr Hinebaugh is a wonderful veterinarian, and he has surrounded himself with a great staff. All of the individuals in this office have a wonderful disposition and are excellent in their care and handling of animals. Dr. Hinebaugh is also experienced in working with dogs in the field. It may cost a little more per visit than the quickie/cheaper temporary clinics that setup in pet shops on odd days, but don't only shop by price. You get what you pay for and this is a phenomenal team of people that provide a level of expertise, knowledge, and professionalism above all the others I've encountered. Our three dogs have all gone here.

Dr. Hinebaugh and staff

I have taken all my pets (dogs and cats) to Dr. Hinebaugh for nearly two decades and have found him and his staff to be top quality. They are a kind, caring group and treat all animals as their own. I recommend GVC highly.
